In Sri Lanka, the Knuckles Mountain Range, commonly referred to as the Knuckles Massif or simply “The Knuckles,” is a notable mountain range. It extends across the districts of Kandy and Matale in the country’s center, close to the city of Kandy. The range is a component of Sri Lanka’s Central Highlands and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
