Known as “Little England,” Nuwara Eliya is well-known for its temperate environment, scenic tea fields, and lovely gardens. It also has the colonial buildings once built by the British.It’s a great location for taking nature walks and taking in the natural grandeur of the hills nearby. Nuwara Eliya is the home to the tallest mountain in Sri Lanka. Pidurutalagala mountain range at 8,281 feet (2,524 meters) is most suited for hiking.
